Successful outreach runs on two rails: outreach training and leadership planning. Outreach training equips men, women and young people to share their faith with those around them. Leadership planning fertilizes the soil so outreach can flourish.

Leadership planning is not an out-of-the-box-event. It’s a conversation we’d like to have with you and other leaders at your church. As we listen, we’ll make suggestions for direction, for resources and the best ways you can grow in outreach. An initial meeting with your leaders should involve as many leaders as possible, especially the senior pastor and all others involved in evangelism. We ask you to set aside about two hours for a Leadership Planning session, then we’ll be glad to return for more conversations.

We know from personal experience how hard it is to keep evangelism going. So we’ll keep praying, listening, talking and writing as we encourage your leaders. It’s what we like to do the most.
